What happens when you turn a 40-foot RV into a nursing and pumping oasis and travel cross country in support of parents?
Magic!
Barb traveled the country in 2018 and 2019, stopping in over 60 cities and meeting with thousands of parents in diverse places from inner city Detroit to NASA, from the University of Michigan to the St. Louis Fair, and from neighborhoods to companies in between.
We set out to listen, learn, connect, and give mothers the support and nourishment they so deserve in a peaceful, restorative space.
The tour taught us a great deal about the needs of parents, especially, those who also work. We unearthed a unique opportunity to user our technology to bridge the gap in support for feeding parents - between hospital and home, employer and employee - and we’ve been creating systems for support ever since.
So while the pandemic may have grounded Barb (for now!), we’re still rolling - virtually - and doing what we do best: listening, connecting, and driving support within communities and companies.
